2006: A valuable reserve for the Golden Eagles, Egasti has played in 21 games for the Golden Eagles. Egasti tallied two points on the season and picked a fine time to scored her first career goal - the game winner - against Purdue in the First Round of the NCAA Tournament. She has made an appearance in the starting lineup five times against USF, Wis.-Milwaukee, North Carolina, Duke, and Connecticut. She has recorded nine shots, four on goal for the season.
2005: Egasti proved to be a valuable substitute in her sophomore season. She started twice -- once against Wis.-Milwaukee (Sept. 4) and once against Xavier (Sept. 9) -- but came off the bench 18 times. She was an active defensive midfielder that had an ability to break up an opponent[apos]s offensive efforts. She did record one assist on the season, recording that in a 3-0 win over St. John[apos]s (Oct. 23).
2004: Played in four matches her freshman season.
Prior to Marquette: Egasti scored 18 goals throughout her four year career and also recorded 25 assists. she earned All-Conference honors as a senior and was Academic All-Conference for four years and an all-area and all-section member. A member of the three-time regional championship team, Egasti was also a member of the U-18 Club team that won the 2003 State Champion.
Personal: The youngest daughter of Chuck and Joanne Egasti, she has an older sister Liz who played volleyball at Marquette from 1998-2001, and a sister Laura.
