The 2026-27 campaign will mark the first for Ryan Schwieger as a program assistant with the Marquette University men’s basketball team.
The Charlotte, N.C. native will assist with the day-to-day operations of the program will completing his a master’s degree.
A three-year member of the men’s basketball team at Princeton, Schwieger played his final season at Loyola in xxx and helped the Ramblers to the conference title and a trip to the NCAA tournament.
Following the conclusion of his collegiate career, he played professionally in Lithuania and Germany. He was a member of the ProA Championship squad with RASTA Vechta in 2022-23 and helped lead the Phoenix Hagen to the same title in 2025-26.
Schwieger graduated from Princeton in 2021 with a bachelor’s in sociology and a certificate in American studies.
