Lisa VanHoose enters her sixth year in 2019-20 as Assistant Athletic Trainer at Marquette University. She is responsible for the athletic training coverage of the men's soccer team and provides oversight to the athletic trainer working men’s and women’s tennis. Her current responsibilities include day-to-day student athlete rehabilitation, treatment, and practice coverage.
Prior to Marquette, VanHoose worked at Oregon State University in a similar role, which included providing primary health care for women's volleyball and men's crew. VanHoose also served at Wisconsin as a graduate assistant athletic trainer where she assisted in primary care.
The Greenville, Michigan native graduated from Michigan State University in 2010 with a bachelor's degree in athletic training and received her master's degree in Kinesiology in 2013 from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
