2019 (Sr.): Took home Third Team All-BIG EAST honors after a stellar senior season ... Ranked first on the team in shots (57), shots on goal (32), points (16) and goals (6) ... Also tallied four assists, which was tied for second best on the team... Broke out in a big way against Northern Illinois on Sept. 13, tallying a career-high five points ... Scored two goals off set pieces and assisted on the team's third goal in a 3-1 win over NIU ... Scored the team's lone goal against Milwaukee on Sept. 17 to put the team up 1-0 in the first half ... Scored his fourth goal of the season in a 2-1 win on the road at Xavier (Sept. 27) ... Netted his fifth goal of the year in the seventh minute against Saint Louis (Oct. 1) ... Tallied his second assist of the year off a corner kick in a 6-1 win over Green Bay (Oct. 8) ... Posted one shot on goal at Villanova (Oct. 19) ... 2018 (Jr.): Scored three goals and had three assists on the season... Scored the game-winning goal against Butler (Oct. 28)... Made first Marquette start in the second game of the season, a 4-0 win over Central Arkansas, and recorded an assist ... Scored a goal in the shutout of Villanova... Prior to junior season, Coan spent the summer with IMG Academy of the PDL and was named a PDL Top-50 college prospect, earned Conference and National Team of the Week recognition, and was named the 2018 PDL Second Team All-Southern Conference.

Prior to Marquette: Spent two seasons at Pittsburgh where he appeared in 32 games, making 25 starts, and totaled four assists ... Twice made ACC Academic Honor Roll ... Member of the Indiana Fire Academy as a freshman and sophomore … Finished first in the state as a member of the U16 Capital Area Railhawks Academy, while finishing third in the Southeast Academy Conference and 12th in the nation, while making a run in the Academy playoffs … As a senior, finished first in the state as a member of the U18 Capital Area Railhawks Academy … Finished first in the state and Southeast Academy Conference, while concluding the season ninth-best in the nation … Led the Academy in goals scored and scored the second-most in academy history.
