The 2022-23 campaign will mark the fifth season at Marquette for Phil Leibham and the fourth as Director of Video and Analytics as a member of Coach Duffy's staff.Â
Leibham was previously Coordinator of Analytics for the 2018-19 season.
In his role, Leibham handles video operations for the women's basketball staff, including assisting with scout video, social media and graphics. He also provides analytic reports for the Golden Eagles following each game. Leibham will help tailor scouting reports based on what the analytic numbers and statistics show.
As a member of the 2018-19 staff that saw Marquette win a regular season BIG EAST title, Leibham's focus was on analytic reports and post-game assessment. He also created player development reports for the coaching staff based on numbers for the Golden Eagles' players every four games and assisted with video operations.
 Leibham spent a season with Loyola men's basketball, taking part in their run to the 2018 Final Four. He provided detailed scouting reports to Coach Porter Moser and staff to help better identify opponent weaknesses.Â
Originally from Sheboygan, Wisconsin, Leibham graduated from Lewis University in 2018.
