Leah Jankowski is in her sixth season as the associate athletic trainer for Marquette women’s basketball in 2025-26.
She also works with the Marquette men's golf team.
She came to Marquette in September of 2020 after spending the last six years as an assistant athletic trainer at Carroll University in Waukesha, Wisconsin. There, she worked primarily with men's and women's basketball, men's soccer and baseball.
Jankowski is also an adjunct instructor for the Masters of Athletic Training Program at Marquette, teaching numerous courses to students in their first year of the athletic training program. Prior to Carroll, she had experience working at the Division II collegiate level under Kenny Wilka (MU Director of Sports Medicine, MBB) at Wisconsin Parkside.
She completed her undergraduate and graduate degrees at Carroll University, including a bachelor of science degree in athletic training (2011) and a master's degree in education (2013).
Originally from Oak Creek, Wisconsin, Jankowski now resides in New Berlin.
