Had one goal on two shots in a win over Central Michigan (March 5) ... Took three shots against Louisville (March 14) ... Played in both games against UConn ... Picked up a ground ball and caused a turnover in the second game (March 21) ... Appeared in both games at Villanova (March 26 and 28) ... Came off the bench to play at Georgetown (April 9) ... Made her season debut at Notre Dame (Feb. 9) ... Scored her first goal of the season in a win over Cincinnati (Feb. 14), also dishing out one assist ... Had one goal, one assist and five ground balls in a win over Canisius (Feb. 21) ... Scored a career-best four goals in a win over Niagara (Feb. 23) ... 2018 (Fr.): 3G-0A-3 Points ... Appeared in 11 games as a freshman and totaled three goals on 10 shots ... Made collegiate debut in the season opener at Johns Hopkins (2/9) and registered a shot ... Scored first career goal in a victory over Central Michigan (2/16) ... Scored twice against No. 6/9 Florida - once in the regular season (4/14) and again during the BIG EAST semifinals (5/3).
Prior to Marquette: Earned three letters in lacrosse at Hereford High School … Two-time US Lacrosse All-Academic Team (2016, 2017) … Awarded school’s “Athletic Achievement Award” and “Leadership Through Sports” scholarship … Helped team to regional championship in 2015, county championship in 2016 (runner-up in 2015 and 2017) … Also lettered in indoor track and field, qualifying for state in the 55 meters and 4x200 relay in 2016 as team went on to win the state championship.
Personal: Born in Ann Arbor, Mich. and the daughter of Tom and Marcia Peterson … Has two older brothers, Jack and Steve … Plans to study exercise physiology.
