2019 (Fr.): Played in two matches and started one as a true freshman while playing a total of 51 minutes in net ... Made NCAA debut against Northern Illinois (9/20) and played 45 minutes in first career start ... Also played six minutes at No. 12 Georgetown (9/29).

Prior to Marquette: McNamara attended The Academy of the Holy Cross High School where she was elected to captain her senior season... Earned all-conference all four years of her career and received all-state in Maryland and the Washington Post All-Met as a sophomore (2016) … Played club soccer with Maryland United FC for Coach Scotty Villagran.

Personal: Born in Bethesda, Maryland to Allison Yu-McNamara and Jim McNamara... Has one twin brother, Sean ... Plans to major in exercise physiology.
