Theis on Holmstrom: "Ella was a bit of a late pick up for us and we are excited to add her. She's not only a highly-rated outside hitter but wants to put in the work to be a complete player. She has a nice mix of size, jump, hand contact and velocity. She is the type of outside hitter that can score in system and out."
Why Holmstrom chose MU: "I chose to attend Marquette University because of the outstanding volleyball program and education. The culture, competitive atmosphere and the support that surrounds Marquette volleyball is incredible. Right when I stepped foot on campus, I knew that Marquette was meant to be my new home, where I can create new relationships and continue my athletic and academic career."
