In doubles action, Indiana rolled out the 44th- and 45th-ranked doubles teams in the first two positions. The #45 duo of Karie Schlukebir and Linda Tran handled the Marquette combination of Veronica Garcia Briseno and Dominika Dabrowski, 8-3, at No. 1. Action at No. 2 doubles saw 44th-ranked Sarah Batty and Martina Grimm of Indiana top Marquette's senior pairing of Genevieve Charron and Eva Trujillo Herrera, 8-2. Annabelle Espinosa and Callan Smith of Marquette met a similar fate at No. 3, losing to Laura McGaffigan and Dora Vastag, 8-2.
On the singles side of the action, not much improved for the Golden Eagles. Of the five completed matches, Marquette fell in all but one set. Annabelle Espinosa challenged Karie Schlukebir at No. 5, eventually falling 4-6, 7-5, 0-1 (7-10).
