KENNESAW, Ga. -- Marquette University sits in 12th place through the first 36 holes of competiton at the Pinetree Intercollegiate with one round remaining Tuesday at Pinetree Country Club.
Freshman Pat Sanchez led Marquette on day one of the event with a two-round total of 153 (76-77). Freshman Nick Nelson posted the low round Monday with a second-round 75. Sanchez is currently tied for 34th place followed by junior Michale Motz (T43).
Third-round action will begin Tuesday morning at 7:20 a.m. Central time.
