BLOOMINGTON, Ind. - The final day of the IU Adidas Winter Invitational was reserved for double matches only as the Marquette women's tennis team concluded its first competition of the spring season.
"Our kids played seven matches and they competed very hard," assistant coach Aniela Neuberger said. "I think they learned a lot and that will help us going into our first match of the season next weekend."
The Golden Eagles will begin dual play next weekend in Minneapolis as MU faces Minnesota on Saturday, Jan. 19 at 11 a.m. and Montana on Sunday, Jan. 20, also at 11 a.m.
