Kutey is an active member of Marquette Athletics' SAAC chapter and leadership program
Women's soccer senior Jamie Kutey is the Baird Blue & Gold Student-Athlete of the Month for November as chosen by Marquette Athletics' Academics and Student Programs staff. Kutey recently completed her senior campaign with the Golden Eagles and is an active participant with numerous Marquette Athletics organizations.The corporate communications major interned with MLS side Sporting Kansas City over the summer of 2018 and works for the Marquette Ticket Office on campus. She is a three-time BIG EAST All-Academic Team selection and serves on the leadership council of Chi Alpha Sigma, the national student-athlete honor society.
In addition to serving as the women's soccer team's Student Athlete Advisor Committee representative, Kutey is the organization's vice president for community service. The Overland Park, Kansas native is also the lead facilitator for LEAD 2 (Marquette's Student-Athlete Leadership program).
