The Golden Eagles head back on the court on Sunday at Indiana
MADISON, Wis.-- The Marquette women's tennis team travel west to take on Wisconsin on Friday evening and fell 7-0 in the match.
After dropping the doubles point, the Golden Eagles (2-1) looked to get back on track in singles play as Milica Novakovic nearly scored, fighting through at the No. 3 position before falling 2-6, 6-2, 10-2, while Alexandrina Chinikova also played tough at the No. 4 position dropping a 6-7, 7-5, 10-8.
Marquette will travel to Indiana to face the Hoosiers in dual action on Sunday, Feb. 3.
