Marquette falls 3-0 at Notre Dame in exhibition

The Golden Eagles begin the regular season on Thursday at Colorado State
NOTRE DAME, Indiana – Freshman Mikki Easter made eight second half saves but the Marquette University women's soccer team fell 3-0 at Notre Dame on Sunday afternoon at Alumni Stadium.
The Golden Eagles, playing in their second exhibition match of the fall, used a total of 22 players and Easter played the entire second half after taking over in net for senior Maddy Henry.
Maura Weaver and graduate transfer Natalie Yass each recorded shots against the Irish, who received goals from Kathleen Druzina, Evan Hurm and Kelly Moss.
Marquette opens the regular season on Thursday evening against Colorado State in Fort Collins, Colorado.
