Track & Field Competes In Pair Of Events This Weekend

Wisconsin Lutheran, UW-Whitewater destinations for Golden Eagles
The Marquette University men's and women's track and field teams continue the outdoor campaign this weekend with activity at multiple events, primarily at the Warrior Invitational on Saturday, April 17, hosted by Wisconsin Lutheran College.
The team will also compete at the Warhawk Invitational (April 16-17), hosted by the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
"We have had a great spring so far and are looking for that to continue this weekend," head coach Bert Rogers said. "We are hopeful for some great weather and looking forward to competing at a couple of events as we continue to prepare for the BIG EAST Championships."
The Golden Eagles are looking to continue trend of strong performances during the outdoor campaign after collecting multiple even titles, top-10 MU performances and even a school record (Joe Keys, decathlon) at the Hurricane Alumni Invitational, hosted last weekend by the University of Miami.
