Golden Eagles back in action Sunday at 1 p.m.
The Marquette University men's tennis team (0-1) dropped a 4-3 non-conference decision to Chicago State (1-2) Friday night in the dual opener at Helfaer Tennis Stadium.
The Golden Eagles, who were opening a four-match homestand, dropped a narrowly contested doubles point and weren't able to secure the four singles decisions necessary for the team victory.
UP NEXT: Marquette continues its four-match homestand when the team takes on UIC at 1 p.m. CT on Sunday, Nov. 23.
