Golden Eagles rally for a draw versus Blue Demons
MILWAUKEE – The Marquette University men's soccer team (7-5-2, 1-4-1 BIG EAST) rallied for 3-3 draw against DePaul (2-7-4, 0-4-2 BIG EAST) Wednesday evening at Valley Fields.

Marquette started the match aggressively with three shots in the first nine minutes.

In the 10th minute, the Golden Eagles committed a foul in the box which resulted in a penalty kick. Noeh Hernandez took the penalty kick and scored for the Blue Demons.

Liam Mullins scored the Blue Demons' second goal of the night in the 20th minute. The goal came shortly after a corner kick.

In the 22nd minute the Blue Demons broke through the Golden Eagles' backline and scored their third goal of the match giving them a 3-0 advantage.

In the 40th minute, Abdoul Karim Pare scored the first goal for the Golden Eagles assisted by Nico Pendleton.
 The Golden Eagles led the first half in shot total but trailed 3-1 going into halftime.
Pare tallied his second career brace in the 56th minute of the match. The goal was assisted by Edrey Caceres.

Marquette kept the pressure on the Blue Demons as they pushed to rally back from a 3-2 deficit. In the 76th minute, Caceres tied the game with an assist from Beto Soto. Caceres recorded a goal and an assist in the match.
The Golden Eagles concluded the match with a 25-3 advantage in total shots.Â
