Track and Field Set to Compete at John Tierney Classic

MILWAUKEE – Marquette track and field is set to compete at the John Tierney Classic this Saturday, Jan. 20, hosted by Milwaukee.

The Golden Eagles will be competing alongside Milwaukee and the Milwaukee School of Engineering at the Klotsche Center.

It will be the first meet of the new year for the Golden Eagles, who begin a stretch of six-straight weekends of competition.

Field events start at 10 a.m. CT with the men's weight throw and women's long jump.

Track events start at approximately 2:30 p.m. CT with the women's 60m hurdles prelims.
