Volleyball has four play dates this spring around the Midwest

2023-24 Schedule

MILWAUKEE - The Marquette University women's volleyball team has announced its spring schedule, which is slated to begin at Green Bay on Saturday, March 2.

In addition to matches at Green Bay and at Minnesota on April 13, the Golden Eagles will host contests at the high schools of three players on the MU roster.

Marquette travels to Rockford, Illinois and Guilford High School, the alma mater of sophomore outside hitter Ella Holmstrom, on Saturday, April 6 for an intrasquad scrimmage at 1 p.m. Central time.

The following weekend on Saturday, April 13 the Golden Eagles will travel to Maturi Pavilion at the University of Minnesota at 4 p.m. CT. Marquette has Minnesota natives Jadyn Garrison and Sienna Ifill on its roster.

The Golden Eagles spring schedule closes with a trip to Burlington High School, the alma mater of Samantha Naber and Molly Berezowitz, on Friday, April 19. MU has back-to-back matches against Northwestern and Northern Illinois, at 6 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. CT, respectively.

MU went 16-2 in conference play in the fall of 2023 to earn a share of a third-consecutive BIG EAST Conference regular season title and advanced to the NCAA Second Round. The Golden Eagles return all six starters but must replace their libero from last season.
