Kaiser leads Golden Eagles with lone singles win
GRAND FORKS, N.D. - The Marquette University women's tennis team dropped a 6-1 decision to Bellarmine Saturday afternoon hosted by North Dakota.
Bellarmine opened the match by claiming the doubles point with a pair of wins at the No. 1 and 3 spots.
The Knights were able to claim five of singles matches to take the team decision.
Senior Lara Kaiser earned a singles win in a tie-break set (1-6, 7-5, 7-5) at the No. 5 position.
UP NEXT: Marquette will hosts UIC, Friday, March 1 at 2:00 pm CT at Elite Sports Club – North Shore.
