Golden Eagles Close Out Fall Action at ITA Regional

MU recorded four singles wins to conclude the tournament season
The Marquette men's tennis team closed out the 2025 tournament season at the ITA Midwest Regional.
Competition started on Thursday, and the Golden Eagles posted three singles wins. Evan Glebov recorded the first win of the day as he defeated Matias Olivero 7-5, 6-4. Hugh Perrill saw his contest against Elias Anwar go into extended sets. Perrill took the first set 6-3, but Anwar responded in the second with a 6-3 win. In the superset, Perrill proved to be too much for Anwar as he took the victory 11-9. Remi St. Laurent rounded out the wins on day one, securing a 6-3, 7-6 win over Yurii Hoida.
On Friday, Blake Roegner faced Nikola Puntaric in three sets. Roegner dropped the first set 3-6 but remained composed as he took the second set 7-6. In the third set, Roegner left little room for doubt as sealed the win 6-4.
