Golden Eagles continue season-opening six-game homestand
The Marquette University men's soccer team (1-0-1, 0-0-0 BIG EAST) continues its season-opening homestand on Thursday, Aug. 28 vs. Drake (1-0-0, 0-0-0 MVC) at 7 p.m. CT at Valley Fields.
The Golden Eagles will conclude their second week of play on Sunday, Aug. 31 at 1 p.m. CT when the team hosts Chicago State (0-2-0, 0-0-0 NEC).
Stoka Earns First BIG EAST Honor
- Stoka netted his first two career goals on Sunday against North Florida, including the game winner on a free kick in the 90th minute.
- The Menomonee Falls native scored his first career goal from the penalty spot in the 85th minute.
Stoka's 90th Minute GW over UNF
- Stoka scored both goals during the final five minutes in the win over North Florida on Sunday, including the game winner in the 90th minute off a free kick.
Golden Eagles Tie Season Opener
- The Golden Eagles opened their 2025 campaign with a draw against Bradley.
- Marquette played the last 79 minutes of the match with 10 men and held Bradley to 11 shots.
