King Signs With German Club Syntainics MBC

Former Golden Eagle joins fellow Marquette alum Lee Volker in Germany's top professional league
MILWAUKEE – Former Marquette women's basketball standout Jordan King has signed a professional contract with Syntainics MBC of the Damen Basketball Bundesliga (DBBL), Germany's top professional league. King joins former teammate Lee Volker (2023-24), who signed with the club earlier this summer.
King played for Sparta in the Luxembourg Basketball League (LBBL) last season where she averaged 20.8 points, 7.2 rebounds, 4.5 assists and 2.9 steals per game in 17 appearances. She finished third in the league in scoring, fourth in assists and first in steals. King was named to the Eurobasket All-Lux Second Team and was the MVP of the Luxembourg Cup.
King completed a decorated five-year career at Marquette in 2024 and established herself as one of the premier guards in program history. The Rockton, Illinois native earned All-BIG EAST First Team honors in 2022-23 and was a Second Team All-BIG EAST selection in 2023-24, while helping lead the Golden Eagles to multiple postseason appearances.
As a senior in 2023-24, King averaged 12.7 points, 4.6 rebounds and 3.6 assists per game, earning All-BIG EAST Second Team recognition and finishing as a Cheryl Miller Award Top 10 finalist. She scored in double figures in 24 of 32 contests and capped her career among the BIG EAST's career leaders in assists in conference games.
King closed her career fifth in program history in scoring (1,800), and third in assists (597) and field goals made (681).
