The 2022-23 campaign will mark the seventh at Marquette for Dusan Medan, but his third as associate head coach with the women's program.
In an effort to maximize the coaching staff members to both the men's and women's teams, Medan will also work with the men's team under Director of Tennis Steve Rodecap, who now serves as head coach of both programs.
Medan graduated from Marquette in 2010 and was a member of the Marquette men's tennis program from 2007-2010. He is the most decorated singles player in program history with 88 wins and is a two-time All-BIG EAST selection. He topped at #64 in the NCAA rankings during his time at Marquette.

After graduating from Marquette, Medan traveled back to Serbia where he worked in hotel management before he began coaching tennis.

Prior to joining Marquette, Medan worked with some of the top junior players in Serbia, South Carolina, and Wisconsin. In 2011, he was the High-Performance Junior Development Coach for the Zivkovic Tennis Academy. From 2012 to 2014 he worked at Topspin Racquet and Swim Club as the Junior Tennis Director, and from 2014 to 2017 he worked and the Junior Development Director for Western Racquet Club. Medan earned his coaching certificate from the Serbian Tennis Association.
Medan and his wife Sofija live in Milwaukee.
