Tip-off is set for 2 p.m. CT on the BIG EAST Digital Network
MILWAUKEE – The 14th ranked Marquette women's basketball team is back in action on Sunday, Jan.20 when the Golden Eagles host St. John's at 2 p.m. CT from the Al McGuire Center.
Patrick Reed and Matt Shumacker will have the call on the BIG EAST Digital Network.
The Golden Eagles are on a six-game winning streak sitting at 6-0 in the BIG EAST standings, in sole possession of first place. They enter the game with a +28.7-scoring margin over their league opponents and average 87.5 in BIG EAST play.
For the third time this season Marquette (15-3, 6-0) had two players record at least 20 points as Natisha Hiedeman scored 28 points and Amani Wilborn added a season-best 20 points in a victory over Seton Hall on Friday afternoon. Erika Davenport tallied her fifth double-double of the season and third consecutive with 12 points and 10 boards.
Marquette will embark on a three-game road trip following the game beginning at Xavier on Friday, Jan. 25 at 6 p.m. CT live on the BIG EAST Digital Network.
The Red Storm do a good job of protecting the ball with just 13.6 turnovers per game, which is among the nation's top-25.

This will be the 21st meeting all-time between Marquette and St. John's since 1995 with the Golden Eagles owning an 11-9 record in the all-time series. Marquette won both games in last season's meetings.
