Track & Field Heads To Pacesetter Sports Invitational

The Marquette University track and field team will compete in the Pacesetter Sports Invitational on Friday, May 7, hosted by Indiana State University.

The meet, which is the team's last prior to the BIG EAST Championships on May 14-15, provides one final opportunity for the Golden Eagles to collect improved times and marks before the league meet. MU will be represented by 11 members of the women's team and nine from the men's squad at Indiana State.

Both teams finished first at last weekend's Marquette Invitational, combining to collect 41 personal records, 20 event records, eight top-10 program marks and one freshman record.
