Golden Eagles back in action Saturday at Seton Hall
The Marquette University women's tennis team (10-8) opened its weekend road swing to New York with a 6-1 loss to St. John's (14-5) Friday afternoon.
The setback was the first of the season for the Golden Eagles against BIG EAST opponents, with MU entering the contest 3-0 on the year.Ā Emilija Kojcic was the lone player to claim a win for Marquette, earning a straight-set decision at No. 2.
MU will conclude the weekend at Seton Hall on Saturday.Ā First serve is set for 3:30 p.m. CT.
