The event, hosted roughly 40 miles northwest of MU's campus, is open to spectators with temperatures over the course of the event expected to be in the low-to-mid-90s. The course will play as a par 72 with total distance of 7,731 yards.

Bhoom Sima-Aree is the reigning BIG EAST Conference medalist and is one of three graduate students in the MU lineup with Josh Robinson and Aidan Lafferty.
Sima-Aree shot a three-under 213 at Riverton Pointe Golf Club to lift the Golden Eagles to their fifth BIG EAST championship in May and is eighth in career scoring average (73.59) at Marquette. All four of MU's returners in the lineup, including junior Max Lyons, rank in the top-13 at MU in scoring average.
Lyons, who posted a 72.40 stroke per round average last year, is fourth in program history with a career mark of 72.55 strokes. The Phoenix native was an All-BIG EAST First Team selection in 2022-23, while Sima-Aree was a second team honoree.
The No. 4 spot in the lineup belongs to freshman Ryan Banas, a decorated junior golfer from Loyola Academy in Chicago. Banas was the 2022 Chicago Catholic League Player of the Year and led the Ramblers to four conference titles during his career. He also carded a record-record low round of 64 (8-under) at Cog Hill in the conference meet to top the previous single-round record by two strokes.
WHAT THEY ARE SAYING:
Head coach Steve Bailey: "We are very fortunate and thrilled to again host the Marquette Intercollegiate at Erin Hills, site of the 2017 U.S. Open. Many former participants and coaches point to this event as one of their highlights of the year, and so much of that experience is attributable to the first-class staff at Erin Hills and the many volunteers.
"With the spotlight on the state of Wisconsin beginning the college golf season, our team is looking forward to competing against another great field of teams."
