The No. 23/23 Marquette women's basketball team hosts DePaul Saturday night at 8 p.m. CT at the Al McGuire Center. The Golden Eagles have won five out of the last six meetings with the Blue Demons, including a two-game sweep last season. CBS Sports Network has the national broadcast with John Sadak (play-by-play) and Isis Young (analyst) on the call.
SCOUTING THE BLUE DEMONS
• DePaul is coming off a 75-68 loss vs then No. 21 Creighton on Saturday, Jan. 6.
• Grad student Jorie Allen had a career-high 22 points and 10 rebounds.
• DePaul forced Creighton into a season-high 18 turnovers.
• Anaya Peoples leads the team in points (15.7), rebounds (7.4), and assists (3.6) per game.
• The Blue Demons are 17th nationally in assists per game (19.0) and 20th in steals per game (11.6).

• Karlen (17 points, 6-of-6) and King (8 points, 3-of-3) combined for 25 of MU's 27 points. • Karlen's 17 points were the most points scored in a quarter by a Golden Eagles this season.
LIZA CAREER NIGHT
• Liza Karlen had a career-high 30 points at Seton Hall behind an 11-of-16 shooting clip.
• The senior is the eighth player in the BIG EAST to have a 30-point game.
• Karlen is averaging 19.9 points and 7.9 rebounds per game in the last seven contests.
• The senior has led the team in scoring seven times this season, and has six 20-point games after having four total her first three years at MU.
• The St. Paul, Minnesota native was the first BIG EAST Player to be named AP National Player of the Week on Dec. 19 after averaging 24.5 points, 8.0 rebounds, 2.5 assists, and 2.5 blocks in wins over then No. 20 Creighton and App State.
KARLEN 1K CAREER POINTS
• Liza Karlen became the 34th player in program history to score 1,000 points for her career on Wednesday at Seton Hall. The senior has 1,009 career points to rank 33rd all-time.
• Karlen also jumped into the top-20 all-time in rebounds with 618 for her career.
HARE AMONG NATION'S BEST FROM THREE
• Mackenzie Hare is seventh in the nation in 3-point percentage (49.0) and 12th in treys per game (3.1).
• Hare has 99 career 3's. The sophomore would reach 100 career 3's in 48 games, fastest since Natisha Hiedeman (43 games) who is first all-time in career 3's with 301 from 2015-19.
• The Naperville, Illinois native is first in the BIG EAST in 3-pointers made with 50 for the season, good for seventh in the nation.

• Marquette is first in the BIG EAST and ninth in the nation in assists per game (20.1).
• The Golden Eagles have recorded 20-or-more assists in 9-of-16 games this season. MU hit that mark eight times all of last season.

• Marquette has outrebounded its opponent in all but one game this season.
• Under Megan Duffy, Marquette is 89-23 when outrebounding the opponent and have only been outrebounded 27 times.
• The Golden Eagles had a season-high 55 rebounds against Bucknell on Thursday, Dec. 21.
• Frannie Hottinger (5th, 8.1) and Liza Karlen (7th, 7.4) are both top-10 in the BIG EAST in rebounds per game, only team in the conference to have two players in the top-10 in rebounds per game.
