Golden Eagles playing for fourth conference win in a row
The No. 22/22 Marquette women's basketball team travels to Villanova on Wednesday night playing for their fourth conference win in a row. Tipoff from Finneran Pavilion is at 6 p.m. CT.
The game will be broadcast on the BIG EAST Digital Network on FloHoops with Nick Mantegna (play-by-play) and Harry Perretta (analyst) on the call.
SCOUTING THE WILDCATS
• Villanova is coming off a 65-54 win at Butler on Saturday night.
• Maddie Webber had a career-high 18 points, while Lucy Olsen added 15.
• The Wildcats had seven turnovers, the seventh single-digit turnover game of the season.
• Junior Lucy Olsen is first in the conference and seventh in the nation, averaging 22.8 points per game.
• Olsen has been named BIG EAST Player of the Week twice this season and was unanimous preseason All-BIG EAST.
