Golden Eagles Begin Two-Game Homestand
The Marquette women's basketball team hosts No. 8/8 UConn Tuesday night at 6 p.m. CT inside the Al McGuire Center. The game will be broadcast on SNY and streamed on the FOX Sports app. Allen Bestwick (play-by-play), Meghan Culmo (analyst) and Chelsea Sherrod (sideline) will be on the call.
SCOUTING THE HUSKIES
• UConn is coming off an 88-51 win against DePaul on Saturday.
• The Huskies have won 12 straight.
• Paige Bueckers was voted preseason BIG EAST Player of the Year. KK Arnold (Germantown, Wis.) was voted preseason BIG EAST Freshman of the Year.
• The Huskies tied for the conference lead with three preseason All-BIG EAST selections in Azzi Fudd, Aaliyah Edwards and Nika Muhl.

• Hare hit her 100th 3-pointer at Villanova on Jan. 17. The sophomore reached 100 career 3's in 49 games, fastest since Natisha Hiedeman (43 games) who is first all-time in career 3's with 301 from 2015-19.
• The Naperville, Illinois native is first in the BIG EAST in 3-pointers made with 55 for the season, good for ninth in the nation.
