The No. 14/15 Marquette University men's basketball team (14-5, 5-3 BIG EAST) continued BIG EAST Conference play with an 86-73 win against DePaul (3-16, 0-8 BIG EAST) on Wednesday night in Wintrust Arena.

Forward David Joplin scored 21 points and forward Oso Ighodaro finished with 19 points, 12 rebounds and six assists.

The Golden Eagles finished the game shooting 54.5Â percent from the floor and knocked down a season-high 15 3-pointers, including a 6-of-8 performance from Joplin from deep.

Marquette led 48-38 at the intermission after leading by as many as 19 points with 6:28 left in the opening half. Marquette finished the first stanza shooting 53.1 percent, including a 9-of-21 effort from behind the 3-point line. Kolek led the way offensively with 16 points.
