Roegner and Schaadt finish 2-0 on weekend
GRAND FORKS, N.D. - The Marquette University men's tennis team dropped a 5-2 decision to Montana Saturday evening.
Montana opened the match by claiming the doubles point with two wins at the No. 2 and 3 positions.
Sophomore Blake Roegner claimed a tiebreaker win at No. 1 (6-2, 3-6, 1-0), Saturday's win is Roegner's third straight victory at No. 1. Ā
Senior Jasper Schaadt also notched a tiebreaker victory at No. 4 (6-4, 4-6, 7-5). Schaadt closed the weekend 2-0 at the No. 4 position.
The Griz went on to take four singles wins to take the team decision.
