Golden Eagles won last year’s matchup at Valley Fields
MILWAUKEE - The Marquette University women's lacrosse team travels to Columbus Tuesday to take on Ohio State.
Faceoff from OSU Lacrosse Stadium is at noon CT. Tuesday's game will be broadcast on B1G+.
It will be the fifth meeting all-time between Marquette and Ohio State. The Golden Eagles are 1-3 all-time against the Buckeyes.Â
Three out of the previous four matchups have been within two goals. The Golden Eagles won last years' contest at Valley Fields 13-12 on April 4, 2023.

• The senior midfielder scored two goals and had career-highs in draw controls (7) and caused turnovers (3) against No. 19 Colorado on Friday, March 8.

• Josie Kropp is first in the BIG EAST and 10th in the nation at 8.14 draw controls per game.
• The junior had a single game record tying 17 draw controls at Detroit Mercy on Wednesday, Feb. 28.
MEG HITS CENTURY MARK IN GOALS
• Meg Bireley hit 100 goals for her career at Niagara on Sunday, March 3.Â
• The junior attacker has 101 goals for her career and is one eight players in program history to score 100 goals.
