- MU's veteran core has reached numerous statistical milestones early this season, including a new program ground ball record for defenseman Mason Woodward (244), career assist record for Jake Stegman (72), career goal mark for Bobby O'Grady (106) and the 100-point threshold for both O'Grady (121) and Stegman (115).
- Stegman leads the Golden Eagles with 24 points on nine goals and a team-best 15 assists. O'Grady has a team-high 18 scores in 2024 and three man-up goals.
- Goalie Caleb Creasor is a first-time starter this season as a graduate transfer and posted a career-best 18 saves in Saturday's 13-7 loss to then-No. 8/9 Penn State in Springfield, Pennsylvania. The total is also the second-highest single-game mark in Marquette history.
- O'Grady became the program's all-time scoring leader with four goals against then-No. 13/12 Michigan on Feb. 24 to surpass Ryan McNamara's record of 102 in the process. - Cristofero Cucciffo has been SBU's goalie of record in five of the six games and has made 70 saves with a save percentage of .515.
- Marquette leads the all-time series with St. Bonaventure, 1-0, after last season's 9-5 victory at Valley Fields on March 25, 2023.
- Bobby O'Grady scored a game-high four goals in last year's game as MU outshot SBU, 48-29, and picked up 13 more ground balls.
