Golden Eagles host Bulldogs in BIG EAST home opener

• Meg Bireley is fifth in the nation with 48 goals on the season.
• The junior attacker is 11th in the NCAA averaging 4.00 goals per contest and fifth averaging 9.08 shots per game.
JOSIE BIG EAST LEADER
• Josie Kropp is first in the BIG EAST and ninth in the nation at 8.25 draw controls per game.
• The junior midfielder is seventh in the nation with 100 draw controls.
• Kropp had a single game record tying 17 draw controls at Detroit Mercy on Wednesday, Feb. 28.

• Marquette is seventh in the nation in draw controls per game (17.58) and 24th in draw control percentage (57.2 percent).
MU AMONG NATION'S BEST ON OFFENSE
• Marquette is 10th in the NCAA in shots per game (33.67) and 38th in goals per game (13.08).
