Golden Eagles will compete across three states in three meets this Friday and Saturday, Jan. 30-31

The Marquette University track and field team will compete across three states at three separate meets this Friday and Saturday, Jan. 30-31. The Golden Eagles compete at the Mark Schuck Multi in Mankato, Minn. and the Meyo Invitational in South Bend, Ind. on Friday and Saturday, and will take on the Lake Michigan Open in Kenosha, Wis. on Saturday.

2025-26 INDOOR SEASON NOTES

MU has broken one school record so far in the 2025-26 indoor season:
- Danny Olsen- new school record in 300m (33.67) set at the Blue & Gold Invitational on Dec. 5, 2025.
Last weekend, Marquette took part in the Bill Clinger Invitational on Friday, Jan. 23.
MU competed in two meets in week two (NYC Gotham Cup, John Tierney Invitational). MU added six new marks to the all-time indoor lists, highlighted by Danny Olsen's 1:03.28 in the 500m at the NYC Gotham Cup, the second-best mark in program history.
In the season opener on Dec. 5, MU competed at the Blue & Gold Invitational. The Golden Eagles made four additions to the MU all-time indoor lists, highlighted by Danny Olsen's new school record and first-place finish in the 300m (33.67).
MU returns 33 letterwinners on the men's side and 31 on the women's side.
The Golden Eagles welcome 14 newcomers on both the men's and women's rosters.

MU will send four student-athletes to compete in the multi-events on Friday and Saturday.
