Golden Eagles continue three-match road swing
The Marquette University women's soccer team (1-3-1, 0-0-0 BIG EAST) continues its three-match road swing when the squad makes the quick trip to Milwaukee (3-1-2) for a 7 p.m. CT matchup on Thursday, Sept. 7.

The Golden Eagles will play their third-straight road contest on Sunday, Sept. 10 against Wisconsin at 1 p.m. CT.
Cook, Block Claim HonorsÂ

Marquette seniors Isa Cook and Hailey Block were both named to the all-tournament team of the Milwaukee Challenge Cup after outings against Denver and Minnesota.
Easter Grabs Career HighÂ

Netminder Mikki Easter finished with a career-best eight saves in the 0-0 draw against Denver on August 24.

The Culpepper, Virginia, native owns a pair of shutouts on the season and eight for her 32-game career at Marquette. Â Easter twice stopped seven shots in an outing prior to the matchup with the Pioneers.

Junior defender Caroline Cline touched home her second-career goal on August 20 at Colorado, giving MU just enough to earn the 1-0 victory.

Cline found herself alone at the back post in the 35th minute on a corner from Mia Heartle and Kate Gibson's quick touch at the near post rolled right to Cline's feet.
