'Blue & Gold' Student-Athlete: Patrick Adler

Adler is a junior men's golfer from Winnetka, Illinois
MILWAUKEE - Men's golfer Patrick Adler is the Blue & Gold Student-Athlete of the Month for September 2023, as chosen by Marquette Athletics' Academics and Student Programs staff.
Adler majors in marketing with a minor in advertising and has earned recognition on the BIG EAST Conference All-Academic Team, AD Honor Roll, College of Business Administration Dean's List, and Chi Alpha Sigma (National Student Athlete Honor Society). This summer, Patrick represented Marquette student-athletes (along with Molly Keiper from women's soccer) at the BIG EAST Well-Being Forum, focused on mental health and wellness across the conference. Also this summer, Patrick played in the South of Ireland Amateur Championship, and had an internship with startup apparel brand Recipe Apparel Co. During the year, Patrick serves as on of the team representatives to Marquette's Student-Athlete Advisory Committee.
Patrick and his brothers have a band, @theadlerbrothers, and play gigs and festivals throughout Chicago, released a new CD, and stream on Spotify.
On the course, Adler tied for 31st at last week's Gopher Invitational at Windsong Farm and helped the Golden Eagles to a fourth place team finish with a 3-over 216 (74-71-71). That mark is the second-lowest 54-hole total of his career.
