‘Blue & Gold’ Student-Athlete: Elise Krone

Marquette University women's soccer student-athlete Elise Krone is the Blue & Gold Student Athlete of the Month for September, as chosen by Marquette Athletics' Academic & Programs Staff.
Krone is an operations and supply chain management major in the College of Business Administration. She has earned Dean's List, Big East All-Academic and AD Honor Roll every semester at
Marquette. Krone holds a cumulative 4.0 GPA and is a member of the operations and supply chain management club, women in supple chain scholars program, and Chi Alpha Sigma, the honors society for student-athletes.
A member of the Student-Athlete Advisory Council, Krone also serves as a peer tutor in the athletics academic center. She serves as a volunteer coach locally at Nicolet High School and recently earned her private pilot's license this year.
On the field, Krone is in her second year with the Golden Eagles after transferring from TCU and has started in five games for MU in goal with 24 saves.
